Refund/Return Policy:
Our products are made from natural stones or artificial stones. Natural stone is a product of nature. Each piece is individually unique as to vein, tint, density and other components. Coloring, veining and tinting will vary from piece to piece and from lot to lot.
Due to their dimensions and nature, marble thresholds are extremely fragile and do require special handling and packaging. Therefore, all sales are final. No returns accepted unless merchandise is defected from production. All sales are as-is.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or an exchange.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
